I am an on location, natural light photographer; meaning I come to you. Where your session will be held is completely up to you - your home, a favorite park, or even your backyard. I want your session to be relaxed and fun, because isn’t that what it is all about….FUN! Capturing those true moments where your genuine smiles shine through. There is no limit to the amount of images taken, I take as many as needed to get those special moments. That special smile, giggle, or even frown that captures your little ones personality. Sessions usually last between one and two hours with as many breaks as needed for your little one to take a breather. Please bring any special blankets, toys, or stuffed animals you want photographed with your child.

If you are interested in a newborn session please contact me before you deliver to tentatively set up the date based upon your due date. Of course, this date is flexible. It is best to photograph your newborn within the first two weeks of life. The sooner the better to capture the curly scrunchy goodness. Before our session make sure your heat is cranked up so your little one will be drowsy and warm. Keep their diaper loose to avoid diaper lines. To keep the focus on the baby it is best if the parents wear a plain black top. A newborn session can last up to three hours providing time for you to change, feed, and hopefully get your little one into a nice slumber.

Keep it simple or make it funky. Depending on you and your child’s personality you can choose simple, timeless pieces or make it fun and funky with bright, modern pieces. If you are doing a family session you don’t necessarily have to be all matchy matchy in the same color as long as your colors coordinate. Feel free to bring any accessories you might want to use in our session (hats, scarves, etc). At the time of booking we will discuss your style and what you are looking for. If the session takes place in your home I can assist you in choosing clothing that fits your surroundings.

Approximately two weeks after your session I will display between 25 and 40 images in a private online gallery. Your gallery will remain active for 14 days for you to place your order. If you need your gallery reactivated there will be a fee of $35.00. All orders will be delivered to your home approximately 2 weeks after ordering.

The session fee is due at time of booking your session to secure your requested date and time. All Portrait Collection Fees will be due at time of print order.
