This little guy was so incredibly cute and his parents were just gorgeous! He spent a total of two weeks in the USA and is now living in Germany. Fun!!

Dad wasn’t too sure about the hat, but I love it! Thank you so much Mama and Daddy B. I hope you’re enjoying every minute of your precious little boy.

So YAY! I didn’t even know I was a nominee for Best Family Photographer in Las Vegas until my sister sent me the link. I’m not sure how I got up there, but I’m super excited about it. Our move is finally here so I’ll be MIA for a few weeks while we get setup in our new house in Bend, Oregon. See you soon!!!

So if you didn’t notice, things have been super quiet here on the old blog. Trust me, behind the scenes have been anything but!! Along with a super secret special project I’m working on I have been editing my fingers off. =) Here is a little taste of what I’ve been working on. I will have full peeks to come in the future once things settle in at the old Crazy Casa de Barr house.

First up is this handsome little man who is probably on his way overseas as I type this. His family was so awesome and I wish them all the best in their new home!

This beautiful Mama was actually one day overdue the day I shot her maternity photos. I will be meeting her new little bean this weekend and can’t wait!!

Ahhh, what can I say about this little peanut except she is gorgeous, her parents were so sweet, and their home was AMAZING!

Next up I had a family session. These sweet little girls were so fun to play with (Mom and Dad weren’t bad either). =)

Thrown in the mix was my very first wedding!! My sister and I shot our first wedding together and had so much fun. Whew, weddings are HARD work!!

My next session was a reschedule from last summer, we finally were able to get together and holy moly, how much fun I had. Not only are Mom and Dad old friends and awesome in their own right, their kids are so stinking cute and I had serious fun (as opposed to the un-serious kind)!

I got a last minute call from one of my very favorite clients and of course jumped for joy to see this handsome little man again. He is so adorable and this time I finally got some smiles!

::Sigh:: This teeny tiny bean was born a bit early and just melted my heart. She was so perfect and beautiful I could have photographed her all day!

And last, but certainly not least, my gorgeous sister and her hunkalicious husband to be!!!

My sister (love you) and I shot their engagement session this past weekend and all I can say is why did Stacey get all the photogenicability and I get none???? And yes, I like to make up words. We had such a fun time and the photos are Ah-mazing!!!

Last week I had the pleasure of photographing this little one week old honey. She was so good and slept so well and oh my heavens, her hair was just gorgeous. She had natural highlights mixed with dark, thick hair. I have hair envy!!

What a gorgeous family!!! Big sister had the CUTEST freckles and the most amazing green eyes.

She was cracking me up when she got peed on AND pooped on and totally freaked out about it. I guess it goes with the territory, but I fully expect to get p&p’d on during a newborn shoot and don’t really mind, although I will admit it was nice it wasn’t on me this time. =)

And of course my favorites, the tiny toes, fingers, and beautiful lips.
